<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC data preparation device, an NC data preparation system, an NC data preparation method and an NC data preparation program for easily preparing NC data for suppressing cutting amounts at the time of working by using CAD data. <P>SOLUTION: This NC data preparing device 20 three-dimensionally displays surface data 102 being the information of the surface shape of an object to be acquired from a CAD device 10 through a network and WAX shape data 101 corresponding to the shape of wax, and moves the surface data 102 surrounded by the WAX shape data 101 by a user on display in parallel to an optimal working position where a working quantity is minimized in the WAX shape data 101, and extracts the surface data 102 surrounded by the WAX shape data 101 at that time as working shape data 104, and prepares NC data 107 for working wax by controlling the NC working device 30 based on the WAX shape data 101 and the working shape data 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
