PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of recording and reproducing video information and audio information included in a broadcast radio wave even when the broadcast radio wave can not be received normally. SOLUTION: A system control part 1 acquires information on an error frequency of a video/audio signal obtained by demodulation and separation for video-recording processing and time information from a demodulation/TS processing part 4, calculates a video recording rate as the rate of a time wherein the error frequency of the video/audio signal demodulated for the video-recording processing is less than a reference value to the time from the start to the end of the video-recording processing, and relates and writes the information and information on the channel and name of a video-recorded program in a storage part 11. This information is displayed on a monitor in a spread sheet form and then a user can easily grasp whether the rate of a part, video-recorded through normal reception, of the video/audio data of the video-recorded program is large or small.
