PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel mixer suitably used for transferring fluorine into an organic phase as an organic fluoride by mixing a liquid material wherein a metal fluoride is added to an aqueous medium, an acid, and a reaction substance which is reacted with fluorine ions to produce the organic fluoride. SOLUTION: The mixer 20 is provided with a container 1 having an upper end opening part 1a, a side wall part 1b and a bottom part 1c, a sealent 3 for sealing the upper end opening part 1a of the container 1, a holding means 13 for holding the container 1 at the upper part of the side wall part 1b and having an elastomer 9 incorporated therein so as to enable the up and down movement the container 1 and a vibration means 16 coming into contact with the bottom part 1c of the container 1 and applying vibration to the container 1 from the contact part to eccentrically moving the container 1.
