PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent adhesion of an exhaust gas component in an exhaust gas line of a waste incinerator, a waste melting furnace (particularly, a gasification melting furnace), and a waste power generation facility, particularly, in an exhaust gas heat exchange part thereof (a waste heat boiler, a superheater, an air preheater) or the like. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment agent containing one or more elements selected from the group consisting of magnesium, iron and silicate is injected to any site of a flue, a boiler, an air preheater, an attemperator tower, and an air heater of a waste incinerator and/or a waste melting furnace.
