PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a contact part between a low-temperature part and a cooling means and/or between a high-temperature part and a radiation means in a Stirling cooling device and, more specifically, to prevent a dissimilar metal contact corrosion by corrosion potential difference. SOLUTION: In this Stirling cooling device A, the cooling means 21 is attached to the low-temperature part 11 of a Stirling freezer 1, and a metal film 41 having a high heat conductivity, which is lower in corrosion potential than a metal contacting in the contact part 4 between the low-temperature part 11 and the cooling means 21 is arranged in the contact part.
