PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for preparing a polyolefin nanocomposite having physical properties at least the same as or improved physical properties over those of the polyolefin nanocomposite prepared by the conventional preparation process more simply, efficiently and economically. SOLUTION: The process for preparing a polyolefin nanocomposite, more particularly, a process capable of preparing a polyolefin nanocomposite more simply, efficiently and economically by preparing the polyolefin nanocomposite in a single step without a pretreatment process for modification of a polyolefin resin used as a matrix of the nanocomposite, is provided.
