PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-purity/low-cost biodiesel fuel by utilizing mechanical cavitation action. SOLUTION: The production method involves compositely applying the mechanical cavitation action excellent in mixing/reacting action, and reaction-promoting and coagulating/separating action caused by the formation of an electric field to a BDF (biodiesel fuel)-producing process to promote the reaction rate, to achieve low cost and to produce the high-purity BDF.
