PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic having excellent powder dispersibility, good slip and spread during coating of the cosmetic without stickiness and an excellent emollient feeling of skin after coating and stability with time even when an electrolyte is present in an aqueous system. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized as follows. The following ingredients (a) to (d); (a) powder, (b) a lysophospholipid, (c) the electrolyte and (d) water are formulated and the electroconductivity of the cosmetic at 20°C is 0.05-0.5 S/m.
