A waterproof LED light tube, formed by putting LEDs being connected to a circuit board or wires in a housing, with an insulating coating material having waterproofing, moistureproofing, and corrosionproofing properties being covered on electronic components on circuit boards or wires, peripheries of pins of LEDs, power cords, signal wires, various other components requiring waterproofing and joints thereof, characterized in that at least one opening for aeration and dehumidification is provided on the housing. The waterproof LED light tube, based on the principle of waterproofing, protects the electronic device(s) inside the housing by use of the insulating coating material having waterproofing, moistureproofing, and corrosionproofing properties on the one hand, and keeps the air inside the housing dry by use of the opening(s) for aeration and dehumidification on the other hand, so that excellent waterproofing effect can be achieved, and life expectancy of LED lamp tube is extended. The waterproof structure is also usable on other electronic devices, electronic elements, and/or at joints of connecting wires. |
