<p>The method comprises the steps of: preparing a first stratified structure (10) comprising at least one substrate (14), a Bragg reflector (16), and a shaped surface layer acting as a die (18), and a second stratified structure (12) comprising at least one substrate (20), a Bragg reflector (22), and a surface layer (24) comprising an organic material selected from the group consisting of active organic material which emits electromagnetic radiation when excited and passive organic material which incorporates active nanoparticles, and joining the stratified structures (10, 12) under pressure, in such a way that the shaped surface layer (18) of the first structure (10) acting as a die is in contact with, and cuts into, the surface layer (24) of the second structure (12), forming at least one microcavity by an imprint lithography process.</p> |
