<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which backing paper can be effectively used and can cope with resource saving. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes; an image forming means which forms an image in accordance with input information from a user and comprises at least an image carrier and a developing means; a paper feed means which feeds a used transfer material having an image formed on one side thereof, to the image forming means; and a means which feeds the transfer material from the paper supply means to subject the used side having the image of the transfer material to processing other than image formation by user information in the case that normal image formation of forming an image by input information from the user is not performed and a prescribed condition is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
