<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of deterioration in transistors so that occurrence of a maloperation is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: Each stage, which is cascade connected and constitutes of a shift register, includes a buffer section 10, a driving section 140, charging sections 120 and 170 and a charging control section. The buffer section receives supply of a starting signal or an output signal Gn+1 of a preceding stage. The driving section outputs a clock CK as an output signal Gn in accordance with the starting signal or an output signal Gn-1 of the preceding stage. One end of the charging section is connected to the driving section and the other end is connected to a power supply voltage. The charging control section charges the output signal of a trailing stage to the charging section. A low voltage is maintained by discharging the gate node of a present stage or connecting the voltage of the node, which is stably maintained to a gate off level, to the node within the stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
