<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring proxy system for preventing the delay of mobilization instruction or the omission of the mobilization instruction. <P>SOLUTION: A center device (4) of a monitoring proxy trustee company discriminates whether abnormality information is abnormality information (A1) from monitor terminal equipment (2) set in the customer building of the monitoring proxy trustee company or abnormality information (A3) from monitor terminal equipment (3) set in the customer building of the monitor proxy trusting company which is not able to own any exclusive building remote monitoring system at its own expense, and in the case of the abnormality information (A1), the center device 4 makes a monitoring device (6) display the mobilization instruction information, and in the case of the abnormality information (A3), the center device 4 communicates with a gateway server (5) of the monitoring proxy trusting company, and switches and makes the monitoring device (6) of the monitoring proxy trustee company or a monitoring device (7) of the monitoring proxy trusting company display the mobilization instruction information based on business state information showing whether the monitoring proxy trusting company is monitoring or entrusting monitor proxy trustee company with the monitoring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
