PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease random noise, resulting from reset operation of a sensor part in a photoelectric conversion device that simultaneously performs optical signal accumulation and signal output. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device is provided with: a photoelectric conversion means having a photoelectric conversion region, an amplification transistor, and a reset means to reset the photoelectric conversion region; a signal-holding means for temporarily holding noise signal from the photoelectric conversion means, at reset time and the optical signal output by the photoelectric conversion means after optical electric charge reserve at different times respectively, a reserve means for reserving the noise signal and optical signal temporarily held by the signal-holding means; and a noise signal removal means for removing the noise from the optical signal using a noise signal.
