PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effective use of scanner connected to a network by eliminating the state where use of the scanner is competed among a plurality of uses. SOLUTION: A reserved time for use of scanner is calculated from a setting file to specify regulation for condition in use of scanner to issue an ID corresponding to the relevant reserved time. Only the command having the ID corresponding to the reserved time issued among the control commands for the scanner received in the step S11 is validated (step S13) in view of enabling reservation of time for use of the relevant scanner (step S14).
