PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video reproducing and displaying system which enables a user to grasp a video range on a map and can be easily utilized. SOLUTION: A photographing part 10 acquires video information together with photographing time generated by a time generation part 26, a position acquiring part 28 acquires photographing position of the photographing part 10 together with the photographing time, a field angle acquiring part 30 acquires the field angle of the photographing part 10 together with the photographing time, and a photographing direction acquiring part 32 acquires the photographing direction of the photographing part 10 together with the photographing time. A video edition part 16 determines the reproducing order of the video information acquired by the photographing part 10, a map information processing part 18 finds out a video range which is the range in map information of the video information by using the photographing position, the field angle and the photographing direction correlated to the video information by using the photographing time as a key and superposes the video range on the map information together with the photographing position, and a display control part 20 and the display part 22 display the video information, the video range superposed to the map information by the map information processing part 18 and the photographing position.
