PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic pump that a worker can use while easily moving around without fatigue even when used for long hours. SOLUTION: This pneumatic pump 1 is provided with an air compressor having a cylinder 2 and a piston 3 compressing air by sliding in contact inside the cylinder, attachments 5, 6 for attaching the air compressor to a human shin, and a motion converter connected to the air compressor and converting the stepping motion of a human being with the air compressor attached into the reciprocating motion of the piston of the air compressor.
