PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering preventive cover having such a configuration that allows a charged object to move into the inside of the cover smoothly, closes a charging port naturally, and covers a garbage bag by the cover securely even when charging the charged object such as the garbage bag through the charging port in a nonchalant manner. SOLUTION: This cover is provided with the charging port constituted by a cloth-like body being a net or a cloth capable of covering objects to be disposed in a collective manner to charge the objects to be disposed. This scattering preventive cover is constituted by using a frame member formed independently by an elastic body being hard or capable of maintaining its shape by itself in the vicinity of the center of the cloth-like body as the charging port or stabilizing a shape of the charging port by an independently formed tension means to keep the charging port in a tension condition.
