PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic film-made envelope capable of easily and visually checking whether or not the heat sealing is complete. SOLUTION: The plastic film-made envelope is formed in a bag body consisting of a face film 2a and a back film 2b formed of a transparent plastic material with an opening part 6 formed in one side, and at least the face film 2a is subjected to the mat-processed printing (an ink layer 15). A transparent strip 7 is provided while the mat-processing is omitted along the vicinity of the opening part 6 of the bag body, and surface-roughened layers 11, 11 are provided on the inner face side corresponding the transparent strip 7 of the face film 2a and the back film 2b. The surface-roughened layers 11, 11 are visually recognized from the transparent strip 7 in a turbid state normally through the irregular reflection, and when the transparent strip 7 is sealed (welded) in a line, the molten surface-roughened portion becomes transparent.
