PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new decorative cutting apparatus for eggs in order to attach a fresh sense to decorative cutting of egg, capable of performing the comb-shaped cutting at low cost without using wire blades. SOLUTION: The decorative egg cutting apparatus is equipped with an egg holder 1 to hold an egg in the raised attitude vertically and a triangular, flower-shaped cutting blade 4 having V-section or W-section, wherein the egg holder 1 has a guide part 2 to abut the flower-shaped cutting blade 4 and pierce and is furnished with slits 3 to admit threading of a decorative cutting blade 5 to cut the egg in comb shape in the vertical direction.
