PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new environment cleaning apparatus capable of resolving problems by using flow pressure of currently used water before treatment, and preventing the same problems from occurring over a long period after the problems are resolved; an environment cleaning method; a growth improvement method for an agricultural product; and an improvement method for fish washing work. SOLUTION: The environment cleaning apparatus is composed by inserting a brush body into a water-introducing pipe having an upstream inlet and a downstream outlet. The brush has a brush bristle part composed of fibers containing ore having a function of producing active hydrogen water in a state of coming into contact with water before treatment when used. The water before treatment is made to flow in a state of coming into contact with the brush bristle part of the environment cleaning apparatus to produce active hydrogen water, and the active hydrogen water is made to flow in a state of coming into contact with mineral elution particles having a function of eluting minerals, and treated water having come into contact with the mineral elution particles is used for environment cleaning.
