PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base concrete molding member having lightweight properties, capable of realizing the shortening of an execution period to stably manufacture base concrete of high quality and capable of achieving space saving with refreshed appearance, purification equipment including it and an installation method of purification equipment. SOLUTION: A lid plate part 10 has leg parts 15 erected on its one side 101 and a through-hole 17 is provided within the plane of the lid plate part 10 to pierce the lid plate part 10 from the other side 102 to one side 101. The base concrete molding member 1 is combined with a blower 3 and a purification tank 7 to be used in the purification equipment. The purification tank 7 includes outside connecting piping 70 having a rising part 71 and the blower 3 includes an air feed pipe 30 to be placed on the other side 102 of the base concrete molding member 1.
