PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage instrument which allows a user to press and roll a golf ball against its own tired part of the muscle such as a sole with the golf ball prevented from slipping off to roll away, and serves recycling a used golf ball. SOLUTION: The instrument comprises a circular outer frame 2 on the center of which the golf ball 1 is put rotatable to prevent from slipping off and eight small balls 3 mounted beneath the outer frame 2 to allow the outer frame 2 to sway corresponding to the movement of the golf ball 1.
