Production of special food comprises selecting a foodstuff consisting of natural protein sources, fat, oil, vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta products, grain and fruit, crushing to a particle size of not more than 1 mm and bringing to a viscosity of not more than 5 dPa.s by adding water and/or maltodextrin. An independent claim is also included for a special food produced by the above process. |
