FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting proximal segment of the large intestine at the first stage. Proximal segment of the large intestine is brought down through tunnel between posterior stump semicircle mucous membrane and posterior semicircle of the internal rectum sphincter. Cicatricially transformed segment of proximal colon portion is placed into the tunnel. The brought down intestine segment residue is cut off at the second stage. Rectum stump and brought down intestine mucous membrane continuity is restored at the perianal skin level.
