<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television video display system capable of automatically switching a television screen between a fixed television receiver and a mobile television terminal without the need for a viewer to notify the switching of the television image. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed television receiver 100 and the mobile television terminal 120 uses an infrared ray communication means to share channel information, and when the mobile television terminal 120 moves from the front of the fixed television receiver 100, the fixed television receiver 100 stops reproduction display of the television video image without the need for an entry operation of the viewer and the mobile television terminal 120 starts reception reproduction of the same channel as that of the fixed television receiver 100.
