PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member with less deterioration with time so as to improve an electronic apparatus in dustproofness and waterproofness. SOLUTION: The cover member 1 closing the opening of the cabinet of the electronic apparatus is composed of a main body 5, a tongue 6 extending from the main body 5, an inner cover 4 equipped with engaging pawls 8 and 9 protruding from the main body 5, and an outer cover 2 which is joined to the side of the main body 5 opposite to the direction in which the tongue 6 is extended. The inner cover 4 is formed of material whose elastic coefficient is lower than that of the outer cover 2.
