PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an animal such as a dog to lead a physically and psychologically healthy life at home by solving a problem in which tooth polishing of the animal such as the dog is very hard causing dental calculus stick to whole teeth, so that the animal tends to suffer from periodontal disease and, and though the stuck dental calculus can be removed by using general anesthesia in an animal hospital usually once in several years, it is accompanied by danger of the periodontal disease or for life by the anesthesia and it does not give fundamental solution. SOLUTION: A bar shape body is constituted by forming a belt engaging groove on one end and a belt fixing means on the other end. The belt is fixed by the engaging groove and the belt fixing means.
