<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment operating condition monitoring device for predicting a failure with high accuracy while reducing errors in determining a failure of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: When the frequency of continuously determining troubles does not reach a preset period, the operating condition monitoring device 100 assumes temporary erroneous trouble determination, and then it widens an error permissible range to a reference value for operation index data in such environmental conditions and simultaneously widens an error permissible range to a reference value for operation index data in environmental conditions approximating the environmental conditions. On the contrary, when the frequency of determining non-troubles in specified environmental conditions is kept on for the preset period or longer, it assumes erroneous non-trouble determination because of a too wide level of the error permissible range, and then it narrows the error permissible range to the reference value for the operation index data in the environmental conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
