PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain collecting system using simple facilities for saving energy more than conventional one. SOLUTION: The pressure drain collecting system comprises a boiler 1 for generating vapor, a heat exchanger 3 using the vapor for discharging drain, and a drain tank 4 for collecting the drain. A pressure tank is used as the drain tank 4 in collecting pressure drain, and the drain stored in the drain tank 4 is supplied through a water supply pump 6 into the boiler 1. Herein, there are a water resupply tank 10 connected to the drain tank 4, a water level detector 11 for detecting a water level in the drain tank 4, and a drain-tank water level adjuster 12 for supplying resupply water from the resupply water tank 10 into the drain tank 4 and for collecting extra drain from the drain tank 4 into the resupply water tank 10. When the water level in the drain tank is low, the resupply water is supplied from the resupply water tank 10 into the drain tank 4, and when the water level is high, the extra drain is collected from the drain tank 4 into the resupply water tank 10.
