PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and correctly align bolt insertion holes 31, 32 of an engine mount 10 and bolt insertion holes 41, 42 of a seating plate 20 with each other at the time of mounting a power unit 1, in engine mount devices 3A, 3B vibration-isolating-supporting a power unit 1 on support member 2a, 2b. SOLUTION: Guide pieces 33, 34 and guide recesses 43, 44 are allotted to and provided on the plate-like member 11 and the seating plate 20. The guide pieces 33, 34 and the guide recesses 43, 44 are engaged with each other from the initial stage to the midway stage of abutting the plate-like member 11 against the seating plate 20, so as to guide the plate-like member 11 and the seating plate 20 step by step, thereby aligning the bolt insertion holes 31, 32 of the plate-like member 11 with the bolt insertion holes 41, 42 of the seating plate 20 while restricting the forward and rearward movement of both the support members 2a, 2b and the lateral movement of the plate-like member 11.
