PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc rotor fastening structure which materializes both cost reduction and improvement in reliability simultaneously. SOLUTION: A disc rotor fastening structure for fastening a disc rotor and a hub with a bolt is provided with a plurality of bolt holes formed in a hub flange part of the hub along the circumference, and a projection formed around the bolt hole in a side surface brought into contact with the disc rotor of the hub flange part.
