PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant polypropylene resin composition that has further improved uneven loading (dispersion of distribution) of a flame retardant in a polypropylene resin composition, improved flame-retardant performance and heat aging resistance and develops excellent mechanical properties which has a polypropylene resin has without increasing blended amounts of an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer, etc., consequently is preferably used in parts for household electric appliances, parts for equipment of a house, automobile parts, etc. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polypropylene resin composition is obtained by mixing 100 parts by mass of polypropylene resin pellets with 9-22 parts by mass of an organic flame retardant having≤100μm maximum particle diameter and 5-15 parts by mass of an antimony compound and then melting and kneading the mixture.
