PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor parting material which does cause a floor squeak even if it is used as a soundproof floor material with a surface layer and a buffer layer, which prevents a decrease in the productivity of construction work, the occurrence of a variation in the result of work, and troubles caused in beauty and safety by the deformation of the floor material etc. after construction, and which can be replaced when it is damaged, and a floor structure using the floor parting material. SOLUTION: This floor parting material 1 is equipped with a covering member 11 and a base 12; the covering member 11 comprises a covering part body 11a for covering an end of the soundproof floor material 3, and a first locking part 11b which is locked to the base 2 on the undersurface side of the covering part body 11a; and the base 12 comprises a base body 12b which is provided a flat plate part 12a with the same thickness as that of the buffer layer 3b of the floor material 3, and a second locking part 12c which is provided on the top surface side of the flat plate part 12a and which is locked to the first locking part 11b. Additionally, the flat plate part 12b gets into a notch which is formed by removing the buffer layer 3b of the floor material 3, and a gap is formed between the end surface of the flat plate part 12b and the floor parting material 1.
