PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the pressure resistance of a joint for joining an end of a bag for civil engineering, which is composed of a tubularly woven fabric. SOLUTION: A first joint 23 restrains a pair of edge parts 25 and 25 in mutually opposed positions at the ends 22 of the tubularly woven fabric 1 from being displaced in mutually separated directions. The first joint 23 joins the pair of edge parts 25 and 25 together so that a shearing-direction force can act on the first joint 23 when a force acts on the pair of edge parts 25 and 25 in mutually separated directions.
