PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladies' undergarment preventing the muscle and skin of the upper arm, shoulder, underbust and waist from raising or projecting to surely cover. SOLUTION: This ladies' undergarment is composed of a leg insertion part of a pair of pantyhose whose end parts are cut off and a belly part connected thereto. The undergarment has a first part piece obtained by cutting incision in the longitudinal direction on the belly part to bring the belly part to a development condition, a second part piece obtained by bringing the belly part of the pantyhose to a development condition and a connecting piece connecting the developed belly part of the first part piece to the second part piece.
