PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil dressing filled mat for nursery stock and an afforestation method of a slope using the mat that can afforest the ground with high construction efficiency. SOLUTION: The soil dressing filled mat for nursery stock is provided with mulching sheets 1 having at least shading property and impermeability, and a bag body 2 formed of a net sheet 3.
