PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an accurate diagnosis by detecting various obstructive actions affecting measurement in a urination measuring toilet bowl system for performing the measurement of urination in a toilet bowl, and making a doctor and a medical staff performing a final determination refer to detected details; and to equip the urination measuring toilet bowl system with the function of setting measurement data, including a significantly malfunctional action which the doctor and the medical staff determine that they do not have to check, as invalid data at the point of the measurement so as to abandon them. SOLUTION: This urination measuring toilet bowl system, which has at least any one of a warm water washing means, a toilet bowl flushing means and a toilet paper feeding means, measures the amount of urine discharged by a user and/or a urination speed. Characteristically, the urination measuring toilet bowl system, which has a use state monitoring means for monitoring a use state of each of the means, determines a method for processing collected urination measurement data, according to use state information of each of the means, which is acquired by the use state monitoring means.
