The arrangement (1) is assembled of a first wheel (2) and a second wheel (3), each comprising of a hub (4, 5) and a gear rim (6, 7) surrounding the hub. The wheels (2, 3) can be rotated in relation to each other around a common axle (8) and are supported against each other with their complementary surfaces. A ring-shaped elastic element (14) divided into four segments (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) is inserted into the space between the surfaces (15, 16) of the hubs (4, 5), putting the wheels (2, 3) under tension and reducing the radial tolerance.
