<p>A structure and a system of a leap-up type handrail installable outdoors and enabling a movable part forming a pivot for leap-up to be installed on any of the upper and lower sides of a slope irrespective of the installation angle of the handrail when the structure and the system are installed on a stairway or a sloped ground such as a hill. The structure and the system comprises a support member (10) fixed to a base part (31) side column (5) vertically installed on an installation surface (G1), a connection member (20) fixed to a tip part (33) side column (5) vertically installed on an installation surface (G2), holding means (11) and (35) holding the handrail member (30) having the base part (31) rotatably fitted to the support member (10) in the state of being erected in the roughly vertical direction, and a lock mechanism (40) formed at the tip (33) side of the handrail member (30) and detachably connected and fixed to the connection member (20) irrespective of the installation angle of the handrail member (30).</p> |
