<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to solve a problem of difficulty in effective cooling of internal components because a fuel cell cogeneration system has a plurality of functional components, and a problem of hitching on lead wires and slipping-off and cutting-off of wires on incorporation and removal of a reformer at maintenance due to many wires from a control device. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell cogeneration system is provided with the reformer 2 on the center bottom of a housing 1; is thereabove equipped with a fuel cell 4, a cooling water tank 5 to supply water, and a water-related component 6 to supply pure water; and is on either side thereof arranged with other functional components.
