INTEGRATED COAL GASIFICATION COMBINED CYCLE POWER GENERATION PLANT, CONTROL METHOD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FUEL GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve follow-up performance to a variation in a power generation load request, by stabilizing a manufacturing quantity of fuel gas in a gasification facility, even when the variation in the power generation load request is large. SOLUTION: This combined cycle power generation plant 25 generates electric power by rotating a gas turbine by the fuel gas manufactured by the gasification facility having a gasification furnace 23 for manufacturing the fuel gas; and operates the gasification facility in a zero flare, by arranging a useless time compensating circuit 71 for compensating for useless time and a control delay existing while the fuel gas is supplied to the combined cycle power generation facility from the gasification facility in addition to control for performing feedforward control on the gasification facility for manufacturing the fuel gas required by the combined cycle power generation facility 25 by the gasification facility in response to the power generation load request.
