PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station transferring user resources in compressed mode without requiring high arithmetic operation capability for generating a gap pattern, and also to provide a user resources transferring method in the base station. SOLUTION: When user resources during executing the compressed mode are transferred to other user resources, the phase of a gap pattern in "future timing" is calculated at the time of arriving at a point where gap pattern phase before arriving at the "future timing" at which a user resource transferring source performs handover, is calculated, for example, at a point before 100 msec, and the result of the calculation is informed to a user resource transferring destination. The user transferring destination generates the gap pattern from the gap pattern phase information informed from the user resource transferring source.
