PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of preventing the occurrence of various problems caused by leaking-out of an operating liquid, without leaking out the operating liquid to an external part in installation at a delivery destination, by preventing flowing-in of the operating liquid remaining in a reducing chamber to an operating liquid discharge passage on the opening side. SOLUTION: This pump device has an opening part 9 on an outside surface of a housing for covering a pump part 1, and has the reducing chamber 3 for reducing pulsation of the operating liquid boosted by the pump part 1 in the middle of a passage reaching the opening part 9 from a delivery port of the pump part 1; and has an operating liquid discharge passage 90 having one end 53 connected to the opening part 9 and having the other end 54 opening in the reducing chamber 3.
