PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clogging prevention of a leading pipe possible by injecting an adequate amount of chemical solution to an exact part and making it flow and solidify in a head in the case of requiring the chemical solution such as a solidifying agent to be injected forwardly of the leading pipe because of not modifying propulsion direction due to an aquifer sand layer and an alternate strata ground in a pipe burying two process type propulsion method. SOLUTION: The chemical solution is carried from an arrival shaft side through a hollow pilot pipe or an interior pilot pipe of a chemical solution line, and the chemical solution is discharged from a chemical solution discharging nozzle formed in a rearmost pilot pipe connected with an excavating head.
