PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated lumber frame structure increased in usability and applicability by specifying a column and beam joining structure when a skeleton of two stories or higher is constructed. SOLUTION: This laminated lumber frame structure is so formed that, in the wooden structural skeleton 1 of two or more stories in which columns 2 are divided for each story and the columns 2 are joined by beam preference method to beams 3 so that the beams 3 across the stories take priority to the columns 2, medium section laminated lumber is used for the beams 3, the intermediate section laminated lumber of rectangular shape in cross section is used for the pair of columns 2 adjacent to each other on at least one story among the columns 2 of the stories, and the columns 2 are rigidly joined to the beams 3 with its axial direction positioned parallel with the axial direction of the beams 3 to form a one-directional frame structual surface having a horizontal strength only in the axial direction of the beams 3.
