PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable cooking utensil which can be carried outdoors, etc. and can easily cook a pizza, a pie, etc. outdoors. SOLUTION: The portable cooking utensil which is employed when a heated object such as the pizza and the pie are cooked by a heating means from outside, comprises a cover section and a pan section which are formed of a material having a thermal storage property and heat resistance, has a flange section for enabling the installation of the heating means on the upper surface over the whole circumference of the cover section, and is equipped with an opening for taking the heated object in and out and inhibiting becoming stuffy on the inside during heating in a part of the side wall of the pan section.
