PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a fishing rod receiver, capable of enabling the fishing rod receiver for fixing a fishing rod in a boat fishing or the like to be fixed rapidly and precisely according to the structure or the shape of a part to be attached such as a side of a boat. SOLUTION: The holder (A) for the fishing rod receiver has a holding body (1), and the holding body (1) is constituted of an upper holding body (11) having a nipping and holding plate (110), and a lower holding body (12) having an attaching member (124). The upper holding body (11) and the lower holding body (12) can mutually be slid in the direction in which the distance between the nipping and holding plate (110) and the attaching member (124) is enlarged or shortened, and they can be fixed by a locking part (R) at a required slid position. A screw rod (2) capable of regulating the distance between the tip part and the nipping and holding plate (110) is installed in the attaching member (124) by screw-fitting.
