<p>The present invention provides a hydrotherapy apparatus (10) useful for treating the lower extremities of a user, including the feet, lower legs, thighs, pelvis, and waist. The apparatus includes means for controlling fluid (16) sloughed from the lower extremity, such as that from washing the foot before a pedicure treatment, to prevent contamination of the hydrotherapy vessel (11).
