<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram recording medium which can be prevented from being duplicated unauthorizedly, and to provide a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The hologram recording medium 1 is provided in which a hologram 3 is formed on a recording layer 2 by the interference between object light and reference light 5 and information is written therein, wherein the hologram 3 having information and a duplication discriminating hologram 4 are formed on the recording layer 2, the hologram 3 is formed by first reproduced light 16 from a hologram 23 having a beam waist 16a of a prescribed height, and the duplication discriminating hologram 4 is formed by a second reproduced light 17 from a duplication discriminating hologram 24 having a beam waist 17a of a height different from that of the first reproduced light 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
